You were hungry...

We received an early morning phone call today asking for help.

Little Monkey and her family had woken up to wet toes. Their basement apartment was flooded!

It has rained here for about a week so the soil is saturated and then last night it rained, and rained hard. The kids call it 'real rain' meaning rain like in New Zealand, a good hard steady rain.





I went and picked up Little Monkey still in her pjs.

Gave Mummy a hug.

Watched Daddy wring out yet another soaking wet towel.

And left with the promise to call someone who might be able to help.







By lunch time Little Monkey's family had a new apartment to move into.

Received money to replace groceries. And were given an offer to help move their belongings.

GOD IS SO GOOD!


Sure they had started to look for a new apartment earlier in the week.

But God knew what was happening in their lives even before they did. He had the solution half way there before the full crisis hit.

Please pray with me that this little family can see God working for their good.

Please pray that they can see His ever enduring love!
